Fylde coast hotel's double delight

The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall Village has been awarded Best for Customer Service at the national Good Spa Guide awards and finished as a finalist at the highly regarded AA Awards in London, finishing runner up to The Savoy London.

It picked up the top honour in the The Good Spa Guide awards based on customer votes picking up the award at a ceremony in Birmingham.

The team also attended the AA Awards in London finishing as a finalist for the AA Customer’s Choice Awards.

Jane Tregonning, Spa Manager said: “We consider ourselves to be Lancashire’s most pioneering and award-winning Spa. We first opened in 2011, with an initial £6M investment and have constantly grown and developed to provide the very best experience for our customers.

“It’s about what they want, not what we think they want.

“After a successful six years, we still remain a privately owned and independent business which allows us to treat our customers as individuals and contributed to why we won this award, because at the heart of our business is our customers.”
