The latest GP Patient Survey has revealed how satisfied patients are with the service and care they receive at GP practices across England.
The 2026 survey, conducted independently by Ipsos on behalf of NHS England, gathered feedback from more than two million people registered with GP practices nationwide. The annual survey provides insight into patients' experiences of primary care services and is widely used to assess satisfaction levels across the healthcare system.
The GP Practice report, which was published today, contains data collected from 2 January 2026 to 13 April 2026. Amongst the data collected is patient responses when asked the question: ‘Overall, how helpful do you find the reception and administrative team at your GP practice?’
Below is a ranking of Fylde coast GP services based the the percentage of patients who rated their GP’s reception team as ‘very helpful’.
