“Yorkshire Councillors and Green Party members, including Natalie Bennett, were made very welcome upon their arrival at Maple Farm where the Nanas and Frack Free Lancashire provided an afternoon tea and much-needed foot spas after their long trek.

“The afternoon was completed with a symbolic tree planting ceremony with soil from brought from Kirby Misperton, where fracking is also planned.

“The uniting of two counties gives us strength on the week we are taking the government to court.”
