Four fire engines rush to commercial blaze in Blackpool

Two people were treated by paramedics following a suspicious fire at a business in Blackpool.

Four fire engines from Blackpool, South Shore and St Annes rushed to reports a commercial premises was ablaze in Bond Street at around 8.30pm on Sunday (November 15).

Upon arrival, firefighters used four breathing apparatus, two hose reels and a ventilation unit to extinguish the flames.

Personnel from North West Ambulance Service were called to the scene and assessed two people.

The cause of the fire is now under investigation, according to the Lancashire Fire and Rescue Service.
