Fleetwood care home changes hands

Specialist business property adviser, Christie and Co has completed the sale of Fairhaven Care Home in Laidleys Walk, Fleetwood. The home had been operated by the previous owners, Mr and Mrs Moss for more than 13 years.

Peter McGailey of CPM Care said: “Having just completed the acquisition of Fairhaven Care Home via share purchase, we are delighted to have the opportunity to develop the care home into an outstanding care provision.

Julie Kitson provided regular liaison and support throughout the whole process and worked hard to ensure that expectations were managed and timescales were met. Mr Moss said: “There was a great deal of interest, resulting in many viewings, but with Julie’s support, we found a purchaser who would build on the work we have done so far.”
