Festival will raise funds for pavilion
The festival, which takes place on Lytham Green from April 21 to 24, raised £50,000 for its charities last year.
Lowther Pavilion, in Lowther Gardens, first opened in the 1920s. The Love Lowther campaign is a five-year project to revitalise, restructure and futureproof the pavilion and gardens.

Hide AdTim Lince, Lowther Gardens (Lytham) Trust chairman, said: “The St George’s Day Festival is an event which is supported by all the community and we were honoured to be asked to become one of its supported charities.
“It gives us the opportunity to work with like-minded individuals and companies, proving the Trust’s commitment to the wider community. The money raised from the festival will be vital.”
The festival will start with the official raising of the flag, which will take place on April 20, followed by a tea dance, golf day and comedy evening on 21 April.
On April 22, there will be a festival lunch followed by a parade and black tie dinner on Saturday 23 April.
Closing the five-day spectacle will be the family fun day.
