Enjoy stroll among the snowdrops at the Hall

The snowdrop season starts on Sunday at Lytham Hall, Ballam Road, Lytham.

You can take the guided trail through the woodland to see stunning displays of snowdrops plus chainsaw carving in action on site.

The price for the trail, which will be repeated on the following five Sundays, is £2.50, children £1.

The hall will also be open for guided tours at noon and 2pm for £4 per person.

Still with all things floral, Carleton Garden Club has a special anniversary this year - its 20th and there will be celebrations at the August gathering.

The club meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the Scout Hall, Poulton Road, Carleton, at 7.30pm.
