She meets young artists and dancers to learn how street dance culture has taught them a strong work ethic and helped them on the right path - including Orson Crane, who has now been offered a place with the prestigious National Youth Dance Company (NYDC).

Shots! TV take you into the high energy world of the UDO World Street Dance Championships 2024. Speaking in the documentary, organiser Simon Dibley says: “These kids work very hard to get here and to qualify, but once they are here we try to make it an experience. There are workshops and opportunities for them, and Blackpool has a lot to offer for young people.”

In the show, we also meet Team Genesis - a winning squad who tell Shots! TV about some of the challenges in raising funds to travel from the Philippines. The coach, Jerome Navarro, explains: “It’s hard because there is no government funding so we have to do a lot to raise money to get here. But when we’re here it’s a lot of fun. Dance is magical for all of the people here in our studio.”
