Dine out in style as mayor hosts civic event

Food, dancing and fund-raising will feature at the Mayor of Fylde’s annual charity ball at the Grand Hotel, St Annes, on March 27.

Coun Kevin Eastham, Fylde’s Mayor, is inviting residents along – and advises people to book tickets early for the popular event.

The charity ball is the year’s main civic fund-raiser for Fylde’s mayoral charities which, this year, are the RNLI and the YMCA.

Coun Eastham said: “It has been a fantastic year so far and it has just got busier and busier as my year in office has passed.

“It has been very interesting meeting so many residents who make Fylde what it is – and this year’s charity ball will be a great opportunity to get as many people together as possible.”
