Woman hurt after being attacked at home
A woman was left with facial injuries after being attacked at her home in Devonshire Road, Blackpool, this morning, police said.
Officers were called to the house, close to the junction with Whitegate Drive, at around 6.45am.
An ambulance was called, and the woman was treated by paramedics.
A 31-year-old man from Blackpool was arrested on suspicion of assault. He is currently in custody.
