Woman arrested for being drunk and disorderly in Fleetwood town centre

Police were called to “reports of a disturbance” in Lord Street shortly before midday on Monday (June 13).

Eyewitnesses reported seeing a woman kicking cars in the area and shouting at onlookers.

Following the 999 calls, a large police presence was spotted near Money Traders as officers assessed the situation.

“A woman in her 30s was arrested for being drunk and disorderly,” a spokesman for Lancashire Police later confirmed.
