Two teenagers arrested following knife assault in Houndshill Shopping Centre Blackpool on Bonfire Night

Two teenagers have been arrested following a knife assault in Houndsill Shopping Centre on Saturday (November 5.)

Last night, Blackpool Police said: “You may have seen an increased Police presence in the Town Centre this afternoon.

“At 12:34 today we were called to a report of an assault involving the use of a knife in Houndshill Shopping Centre.

“A short time later, 2 males aged aged 16 and 17 years were arrested in the town centre and are currently in police custody.

“Fortunately, no serious injuries were suffered during this incident.”
