Town centre ban man breaches order again

Reginald Brown was found by police sitting outside Ma Kelly’s bar on Dickson Road drinking cider .

Brown, of Osborne Road, admitted breaching his criminal behaviour order.

It was his sixth breach of the order and each time he had been found in a town centre no go area where he has previously been a nuisance.

Brown was given an eight week jail term suspended for six months.
