HO40 had been on patrol for 4 1/2 minutes when they stopped this Peugeot. The driver had no licence, was not on the insurance & provided a +ve @drugwipeuk test for cannabis. Having missed out on driving the Mclaren earlier in the week HO40 got to drive this instead
