Driver reported by HO75 for overtaking the unmarked car and increasing to these speeds, through both the temporary 50mph limit and normal speed limit on the M55 towards Blackpool. Moderate winds, standing water and ongoing rain make this especially dangerous.

The driver of this Golf ran out of skill/road this morning in Whitworth. Unable to lose two highly trained TPAC officers he abandoned the vehicle, making off on foot. Hes now being tracked by @LancsPolDogUnit. Recoverys on route whilst the search continues.
