Ibrar Hussain, 30, smashing a car window

Ibrar Hussain, 30, of Ashetton Place, Preston, denied smashing a car window in Blackpool.

He was bailed, with a trial set for May 15.

David Mottishaw, 36, making indecent images of children

A man was put on the Sex Offenders’ Register after he admitted manufacturing child abuse images – some involving youngsters as young as three.

David Mottishaw, 36, of Washington Court, Bispham, pleaded guilty to three offences of making indecent images of children, and also admitted possessing 200 images.

He further pleaded guilty to possessing extreme pornography involving a dog and a horse.

The offences took place between February 2017 and October 2018.

Prosecutor Rebecca Seymour asked for Mottishaw to be sentenced at Preston Crown Court.

She said some of the pictures were at the highest level of depravity.

Mottishaw was bailed to appear at the higher court for sentencing on April 1.

Zachary Richardson, 21, possession of cannabis and possession of cocaine with the intent to supply

A 21-year-old man from Cleveleys has been sent for trial at Preston Crown Court.

Zachary Richardson, of Cambridge Road, faces two drug allegations: The alleged possession of cannabis and possessing cocaine with intent to supply.

He was bailed to appear at the higher court on April 1.

Alexandra Morawinska, 32, assaulting an emergency worker

A woman made her first appearance in court after being accused of attacking a female custody officer in Blackpool.

Alexandra Morawinska, 32, of Park Road, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to assaulting an emergency worker on January 12.

The case was relayed to the court via an interpreter by phone.

Morawinska was bailed until March 23 for pre-sentence reports.

Lee Horsfall, 42, possessing class A drugs

A man admitted having bags of crack cocaine and heroin in his shorts before he was due to be strip-searched at Blackpool’s police headquarters.

Lee Horsfall, unemployed, 42, of Bean Avenue, Marton, pleaded guilty to two offences of possessing class A drugs.

He was fined £120 with £84 costs and told to pay £32 victims’ surcharge, with magistrates also ordering the drugs to be destroyed.

Prosecutor Sophie Gillespie said police pulled Horsfall’s car over on February 7 after a tip-off. He had £800 cash on him and his phone was ringing consistently.

At the police station, he was told he would be strip-search and admitting have drugs in his shorts.

Horsfall had a criminal record of 64 offences, including two for drug matters, the court was told.

Steven Townley, defending, said his client had relapsed into taking drugs.

Since his arrest he had gone cold turkey and was clean, Mr Townley added.
