A number of motorists were caught committing a variety of offences over the long Easter weekend.
Here are some of the incidents police have dealt with:
7. Driver speeding on M65 near Darwen
Police caught up with this Jaguar on the M65 close to Darwen after it was spotted travelling at excessive speed.

8. Stolen Ford Focus recovered
This stolen Ford Focus failed to stop after it was spotted by Lancashire Road Police in Chapeltown Road, Bromley Cross.
The vehicle was pursued through Bolton before being abandoned in Mansell Way. Police said the offenders "left plenty of forensics opportunities in the vehicle." Photo: Lancashire Police
9. Stolen car recovered in Darwen

10. Car fails to stop on M55
Lancashire Police detained a driver who failed to stop on the M55. The force didn't confirm the reasons as to why they intended to stop the driver, but did report that following their failure to stop, officers put resources and tactics into place and a sting was organised in order to detain the motorist.
The driver then fled the scene but, on seeing the force's police dog and officers, decided to give up. The force said: "We continue to proactively target criminals on our roads who pose a risk to the public." Photo: Lancashire Police
