Martine Connah, prosecuting, said a police officer patrolling Queen Street, Blackpool, on December 1 at 4.40am, saw Martlew throwing punches at two men.

The officer tried to stop him, but Martlew kept swearing telling the officer to get off him. Two door security officers helped the officer restrain Martlew, who said he would come back and cause havoc.
