Det Sgt Mark Dickinson said: “Although we are keeping an open mind we believe the same offender may be responsible for all three incidents.

“We are treating the matter seriously and are keen to identify any witnesses or speak to people who may have information.

“The man we are looking to identify is described as being white and with access to a vehicle.”

A 61-year-old man, from St Annes, has been arrested on suspicion of exposure and remains on police bail pending further inquires.
