Man wanted for affray and criminal damage in Blackpool arrested after Lancashire Police launch public appeal

Scott Fleetwood was wanted in Blackpool for affray, criminal damage and for breaching the conditions of his electronic tag.

Lancashire Police launched a public appeal to find the 36-year-old and urged the public to call 999 for immediate sightings.

Officers later confirmed he was arrested on Monday morning (November 20) and remained in custody for questioning.

A spokesman for Lancashire Police said: “Last week we asked for your help to find Scott Fleetwood, 36, who was wanted in Blackpool, and had links to Thornton, Poulton and Fleetwood.

“To update you, Fleetwood was arrested today and is currently in custody.

“Thank you to everyone who shared and helped with the appeal.”
