A 46-year-old Blackpool man has denied attempting to burgle one of the resort's most famous ice cream parlours.
Michael Riley, of Moore Street, pleaded not guilty to the offence allegedly committed at Notarianni Ices on Waterloo Road near the Promenade on October 15 last year.
He was bailed by Blackpool Magistrates until his trial on October 31 on condition he reports to police three times a week.
