Man flashed woman 48 times
Blackpool Magistrates were told by prosecutor Pam Smith that 45-year-old Paul Eaves would stand in his front window dressed just in a navy blue dressing gown which was open at the front.
This happened about 48 times at around 7am each day as the witness went along Hilton Avenue, St Annes where Eaves lives. The prosecutor said that the victim started down the other side of the road but for some time refused to react to Eaves’ behaviour. It was when the woman noticed children playing in the area she contacted police.
