A man allegedly "exposed himself" before "performing an indecent act" in front of a teenage girl, 15, in Bispham.

The incident reportedly occurred in Devonshire Road, near to Sandicroft Road, at around 3.50pm yesterday (March 23)

Police said they are aware of the encounter and an investigation has been launched.
