Man broke back escaping gang
The couple, in their 50s, spent a month in hospital recovering from their injuries sustained as they fled their attackers who burst into the Good View takeaway on St Annes Road, South Shore.
The three men forced their way in, as the couple prepared to open for the evening, before threatening them with a knife taken from the kitchen before fleeing with around £100 cash.

Hide AdDetectives, who have only recently been able to interview the victims with the help of a translator, say the couple were subjected to half an hour of terror as they were tied up and dragged around before being locked in an upstairs room while the robbers made their getaway.
And police have now released CCTV images of a vehicle they are trying to trace as they hunt the men behind the horrifying ordeal at around 4.30pm on December 23.
Det Con Mike Brook, of Blackpool CID, said: “The owners have answered the door, been forced to the floor and basically dragged around while the offenders stole stuff.
“They have been locked in a room while the offenders left the property. They made their escape via an upstairs window, sustaining quite serious injuries in the process. The man suffered broken vertebrae. They are now out of hospital but he is still in quite a lot of pain and is still undergoing extensive treatment.
