Learning facilities at Poulton primary school destroyed by 'mindless' yobs

A Poulton school has been hit by vandals after outdoor learning facilities were “destroyed through mindless acts of criminal damage.”

It happened at Carleton Green Primary School on Arundel Drive on Friday evening.

Sgt Guy Hamlett of Wyre Police said: “These acts caused distress and upset to both the children and staff alike. We take these reports seriously and have increased the police presence in the area.

“We are working hard to identify those responsible, including by deploying task rorce officers.
