Owners of Ford Transit vans in Blackpool are being warned about a spate of thefts in the resort.

Blackpool Police said that three of the vans have been reported as stolen within the last two weeks in the Blackpool South area.

PCSO Lauren Vallely of the Fylde Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “Please be vigilant and ensure any tools and valuables are removed from vehicles where possible and that vehicles are left locked and secure.”
