Dad asked police for bed before damage
Paul Quinn called police on September 3 about 1am warning he would break into a property, and later smashed a window to get into a flat.
Quinn, 35, who gave a friend’s address at Boundary Court, Dinmore Avenue, Grange Park, saying he was staying there, pleaded guilty to damaging a window belonging to Blackpool Coastal Housing and breaching a suspended prison sentence.

Hide AdJim Mowbray, prosecuting, said a tenant at flats in Boundary Court saw Quinn kicking a panel to get into a flat.
He was fined £25 and ordered to pay £100 compensation by Blackpool magistrates.
Hugh Pond, defending, said Quinn had drunk a case of lager at the time.
