Convertible sports car vandalised and torched
A motorist was on the receiving end of unwanted Valentine's Day attention after somebody vandalised his sports car '“ before returning to set fire to it.
The man’s Audi TT Quattro had its soft top slashed overnight, before it was torched mid-afternoon yesterday by an unknown vandal, police said.
Firefighters from St Annes were called to the scene, in Boscombe Road, South Shore, shortly after 2pm and put out the flames using a hose reel jet.
Officers are now investigating.
