Arson investigation at Farmer Parrs in Fleetwood continues

A police investigation into an arson attack at Farmer Parrs Animal World in Fleetwood last month is still ongoing.

The incident happened at around 9.45pm on Friday, May 1 when one of the farm’s outbuildings at the Rossall Lane site was set on fire.

Fire crews were at the incident for approximately two hours. Nobody was hurt in the incident but a substantial amount of damage was caused.

The animal park launched an appeal for information regarding a male riding a mountain bike wearing light coloured pants, inset, at the time of the incident however no one has yet been arrested in connection with the incident.

A Lancashire Police spokesman said the case remains ongoing.
