Anti-social motorists still gather under Poulton bridge despite fine warning

Motorists are continuing to congregate under a bridge in Poulton despite being warned they will be issued with fines for breaching Covid-19 regulations if they continue to gather there.

Wyre Police said the inconsiderate drivers are meeting under the bridge of Amounderness Way at New Lane.

PCSO Christina Grimshaw said: “We are still receiving reports of vehicle related anti-social behaviour in the area of the bridge on New Lane.

"Police have already disrupted a number of young people, however it appears that there are still problems.

"The Neighbourhood Team have added the area on to their evening patrol plan.”

Report any incidents to police via 101 at the time so officers can try to find the groups in situ and deal with any potential offences.
