Crash closes busy Blackpool road
Progress Way is closed at the junction with Common Edge Road in Marton after an accident involving a black Peugeot 306 and white Scania tipper truck.
Police said the collision happened at 2.10pm.
Nobody is believed to have been seriously hurt, a spokesman said.
One witness said officers were diverting motorists away from the scene.
