Nick Gerrard will be at the Lancashire Development Plans Conference to be held on March 7 at the Deepdale Stadium in Preston.

The event, hosted by Built Environment Networking, will see some of the region’s biggest names in business lead a regional discussion including presentations of ongoing or proposed development plans in the area and plans for the region’s future.

It aims to be one of the region’s largest business events of the year within the property and construction industry and will set out development plans and opportunities in the county.

Chris Hayward, director of development at Preston City Council, Caroline Baker; partner at Cushman and Wakefield, Adam Higgins; founder and director at Capital &Centric and Mark Mainwaring; divisional managing director at Taylor Wimpey Homes are among the speakers announced so far.
