She said: “This is a business that I have established two years ago as a sole trader. I offer a range of consultancy services, project work and delivery of various training outcomes.
“I have built up several customers that I work with for single projects and regular activity. My customers range from small medium organisations in the care sector and include training providers, colleges and care sector provisions.”
LM Training’s client base has grown form mainly working with two organisations in the first year, to eight organisations which range right across the North West.

“I have worked closely with my sister Lisa Gillott who has given me the administration support and services to enable the business to progress, and we will now increase services to offer accredited training and qualifications in the form of apprenticeships and stand-alone qualifications.
“These will be primarily within the early years, children and young people’s sector and management but has the capacity to expand these.
LMTC has won centre and qualification approval through nominated Awarding Organisation, Training Qualifications UK (TQUK) and is now set up to register and certificate learners.
