BREAKING: Police investigate mystery bones
Police are investigating a set of mystery bones found near a Fylde coast holiday park.
The bones were unearthed at around 11am by a group of workmen who had been digging on Jameson Road in Fleetwood near Broadwater Caravan Park.
Officers are currently at the scene and enquiries are ongoing to establish whether the bones are animal or human.
Broadwater Caravan Park manager Paul Ward declined to comment.
