Half a dozen fire engines raced to reports of a blaze at Blackpool Tower on Thursday afternoon – but all was not quite as it had seemed to eyewitnesses.
While footage was shared on social media appearing to show flames at the top of the iconic structure, it was later found to be nothing more than...orange netting.
