Blackpool solicitors to support head injuries charity

Headway provides information, support and social activities for people with an acquired brain injury, their carer’s family and friends.

Currently running two drop in sessions each month, the charity is able to offer members the chance to meet and gain support from other people in the same or similar situations to themselves.

Warren Spencer, managing director at Blackhurst Budd said: “Headway is a fantastic charity, which is perhaps less well known in our local area and we’re keen to raise money for them throughout the year with the various activities we have planned and hopefully also raise awareness of the great work they do in the Fylde Coast.”

Jonathan Young director of Headway Blackpool Wyre and Fylde said: “We are delighted to have been nominated as Blackhurst Budd Solicitors charity of the year.

The funds raised will help ensure more brain injury survivors across the Fylde coast can access support they require. It will also help to raise awareness.”
