Blackpool Pleasure Beach Resort announces biggest summer ticket discount ahead of Bank Holiday weekend

Everything you need to know about discounted tickets...

Blackpool’s Pleasure Beach Resort is set to close out the summer with discounted tickets, extended opening hours and a live performance from a well-known DJ over the August Bank Holiday weekend.

The resort has launched its biggest discount of the summer, offering visitors two tickets for £60. The deal is available on August 28, 30 and 31, giving guests the chance to save up to £60 compared with standard ticket prices over the Bank Holiday.

The offer comes as Pleasure Beach prepares for an action-packed weekend, including the final Late Night Riding event of the year on Saturday, August 29. The park will remain open from 10am until 10pm, giving visitors 12 hours of rides and attractions before the evening concludes with a spectacular fireworks display.

The event will also feature a special appearance by Ultrabeat, the iconic DJ behind hits including ‘Pretty Green Eyes’ and ‘Feelin Fine’. His hour-long set will be free to watch for visitors with any Pleasure Beach ticket and will take place in the park’s FY4 area at 9pm.

Amanda Thompson OBE, CEO of Pleasure Beach Resort said: “As we come to the end of a fantastic summer, we want our guests to enjoy one last big weekend and give summer a truly unforgettable send off.

“Summer may be over but it’s certainly not the end of the excitement here. Heading into September, the fabulous Hot Ice will be joined by our Oktoberfest celebrations, and, of course, Journey to Hell during Halloween - we’re really looking forward to showcasing the big changes we’ve made to this year's event.”

The resort has also extended its money-saving offers to its shows, with visitors able to take advantage of a two-for-one deal on Hot Ice XC tickets when booking online. The offer can be used with the code HOTMON for Monday performances or HOTFRI for Friday performances.
