Leanne Docherty’s LM Training and Consultancy has moved into the Business First building off Amy Johnson Way near the airport.

She set up the company, which focuses on the early years and childcare sector, part time from her home in 2014, but it has grown and now has moved into its first offices.

Deputy mayor, Coun Gary Coleman, performed the honours at the event which was attended by many of the clients and partner organisations which have dealings with the firm. Emma Padgett from Brian House was on hand to tell everyone about the work of the hospice.

Leanne said: “I am a volunteer and ambassador for Brian House and it is a cause close to my heart. We had a raffle which raised some money for the hospice and after the opening there was a buffet and a chance to do some networking.

“We had some great feedback about the offices and training space which we have big plans for the future for.”
