Affordable homes bid for cleared site
The site on Watson Road, which was cleared last year, has been earmarked for 44 houses including 27 two-bedroomed homes, 15 three-bedroomed homes and two bungalows.
A planning application has been lodged with Blackpool Council for the scheme jointly by M.C.I. Developments Limited, Muir Housing Group Limited and Zell-em Group Limited.
