One person who didn’t let the weather ruin his day was infamous street dancer, Peter Emelone, who was spotted as early as 7.30am dancing in front of the Tower in shorts and a rainbow afro wig.

The self-proclaimed king of positivity said to The Gazette: “It was fabulous.

“I went out this morning not realising that it was this windy.

“I enjoyed myself and some people joined in with me.

“It does not matter if it is rain, sunshine or snowing, it’s fun all the time for me”
