The Blackpool Barrio Fiesta returned to the Comedy Carpet at the Tower Festival Headland yesterday and with it came a burst of colour, music and dance, despite the damp weather.
The festival is a celebration of music, culture and entertainment from Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre Philipino Bayanihan Community.
