Lytham Proms brought a feast of great music - and patriotic fervour - to the grounds of Lytham Hall over the weekend.
Heavy rain on early Sunday evening prompted a slightly earlier finish than intended, but not before Aled Jones had charmed the crowd with an entertaining set, including his enduring big hit Walking In The Air from The Snowman.
The heavens opened just as Aled came off stage and he said of the event afterwards on social media: “It was really great fun - the Lytham Prom was wonderful.”
On Saturday, any rain was relatively light as Toyah, Dodgy and Chesney Hawkes headed those entertaining, with radio star Graham Liver the compere on both days.
All proceeds from the Proms go to the maintenance and upkeep of the Grade I-listed Georgian Hall.
