Bumper crowds lined the streets of Fleetwood as the port’s annual Carnival procession took place in perfect weather conditions.
The route was a sea of colour as participants of all ages showed off a delightful variety of costumes on what has long been one of the highlights of the year in the town.
A wide variety of local organisations were involved and even pets got involved in a day which will live long in the memory.
