Comic Con World swooped into Blackpool at the weekend for a Halloween-themed celebration of comics, cosplay, gaming and “geek” culture.

The Imperial Hotel was awash with characters from all the favourites, as long as they had a Halloween twist. Batman, Ghostbusters, characters from horror movies made sure it was a Halloween to remember.

It was a day for everyone from hardcore collectors to casual fans bringing together enthusiasts, costumes, collectibles, gaming and a wide range of attractions under one roof.
