Beach getting busier as Blackpool enjoys first weekend under 'relaxed' lockdown rules

We're still being encouraged to stay at home - but on the first weekend since we we were told we can go for unlimited exercise plenty of people headed to the beach in Blackpool.

Stanley Park was also busier than in recent weeks as people made the most of their new-found freedom, which means sunbathing and sitting on benches are now allowed, although the resort remained quieter than usual for the time of year.
