Stanley Hotel, on Livingstone Road, is going under the hammer with a guide price of just £105,000.

Auction house Bond Wolfe Auctions says: “The property comprises a three-storey, mid-terraced hotel/guest house with 11 bedrooms.

“The property has recently benefited from an extensive refurbishment program.”

The property is one of more than 200 lots going under the hammer at a remote bidding auction on Wednesday, February 17, at 8.30am.

Also going under the hammer is 3 Wimbledon Avenue, Thornton-Cleveleys, a three-bedroom, semi-detached home with a guide price of £45,000-plus.

A Bond Wolfe spokesman said: “The auction will be livestreamed via our website, with remote bidding by proxy, telephone or internet only.
