Popular restaurant The Plough reopens under new management with fresh look and menu
After a major refurbishment and under new management, The Plough in Freckleton has reopened, promising hearty homemade food and exciting community events.
Exciting news for Freckleton residents as The Plough has reopened its doors following a major refurbishment, under the guidance of new owners Myrian, Cristian and family.
After five years working at The Lane Ends in Wesham the team has taken the leap to bring their own vision to the village, combining experience, passion and a love of pubs with a commitment to excellent food and community spirit.
The refurbishment has refreshed the interior while maintaining the traditional charm of the pub. Guests can now enjoy a stylish, cosy environment alongside hearty, homemade meals served daily.

The official reopening celebrations featured complimentary tasters and nibbles, along with live music from Ian Sax, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for locals.
Owners, Myrian and Cristian said they are thrilled to take on this new adventure, thanking their family and loyal customers for the encouragement that helped them take the next step.
They said: “Most of you will know our style of food from The Lane Ends in Wesham. After 5 wonderful years working alongside our family, we’ve gained the experience (and courage!) to take on a new adventure of our own - right here at The Plough.
“Our passion for pubs runs deep, we love being part of the community, bringing people together over great food, friendly faces and a cosy atmosphere.
“Thanks to the encouragement of our family and loyal customers, we’re ready to take this next step!
“We hope to make The Plough even more inviting, while keeping its traditional charm. We'll be serving fresh, homemade food every day, so keep an eye on our Facebook page for upcoming events.
“We’ve also launched our brand-new food menu. One of our absolute favourites is Rigatoni alla Vodka – it’s a must-try!”

With plans for regular events and a menu inspired by the team’s experience at The Lane Ends, The Plough aims to be more than just a place to eat and drink.
The Plough is now officially open and ready to welcome visitors throughout the week. They serve food every day from 12pm straight through.
