Polanco offers an elevated coffee experience in Lytham St Annes, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship, serving specialty coffee and ceremonial-grade matcha in a space carefully curated to feel both warm and contemporary.
The brand works with premium suppliers, including Canton Tea-also served at The Ritz in London and London-based roasters Assembly, known for their high-quality, precision-roasted coffee.
Kendal Gazal said Polanco was designed to bring “coffee without compromise” to the high street, with every detail considered, from the beans and cups through to service and atmosphere. “Every part of the experience is designed to make people feel they’re getting real value in every cup,” she said.

The new Lytham opening at 65 Clifton Street on Saturday, April 18 from 8am will mark a key milestone for the brand with the first 65 guests receiving a free drink of their choice.
The expansion follows early success in Blackpool, where she says the concept has already helped increase footfall and strengthen local high street energy.
Kendal said: “The wait you’ve all been waiting for! This Saturday we open our doors at 65 Clifton Street, Lytham at 8am.
“To mark the occasion, the first 65 guests will enjoy a free drink of their choice. Any drink. One per person. (Bakes not included.) We look forward to welcoming you the Polanco way.”
She said: “Our expansion into Lytham marks an exciting next chapter in that journey. Our Highfield road location stands as proof of what we believe good hospitality can do.”
