Pet rabbit removed from owners needs a new home

Staff at an animal rescue centre are hoping to find new owners for a friendly rabbit born in a foster home after his mother was removed from a multi-rabbit household.

Muesli is currently being cared for at the RSPCA Blackpool and North Lancashire Longview Animal Centre in Stalmine.

Hannah Kirrane, manager at the animal centre on Old Toms Lane, said: “Gorgeous Muesli was born in a foster home in June.

“He is a friendly and inquisitive rabbit who lacks confidence at times so would benefit from lots of human interaction in his new home.

“Muesli is looking to be rehomed alongside an existing female bunny that will provide him with companionship.

“Muesli is neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped.”

The adoption fee for Muesli is £50.
