This year has been like no other, yet Christmas wouldn’t be complete without a visit from Santa Claus.

The big man in red is still set to stop off at a handful of attractions near Blackpool on his world tour to raise festive spirits and maybe pose for a photo with kids dreaming of Christmas Day.

Youngsters will be able to meet jolly old St Nick, tell him what they would like for Christmas this year and in return they may even get a special gift to take home and place under the tree.

Santa's Grotto at Houndshill Shopping Centre

Santa’s Grotto opens on Saturday December 5 and every weekend until December 20.

You can visit Santa from 10:30am - 4:00pm for only £2 per person, with every child receiving a gift.

All proceeds will be donated to The Boat House Youth.

Christmas Grotto at Blackpool Pleasure Beach

525 Ocean Boulevard, Blackpool. FY4 1EZ

You can visit Santa's Grotto from December 5 until December 24, 2020, between 10.30am and 5pm.

Visitors will be greeted by an elf and guided to Santa's office where he will be sat behind his desk going through the naughty and nice list.

Every child will receive a gift, and will meet Miss Xmas Eve and Papa Elf who have some additional Christmas goodies.

A range of comprehensive procedures and protocols are in place to ensure the safe operation of the Grotto for both guests, Santa and his elves.

Tickets are £13.99 per person and can be booked online.

Coral Island Christmas Grotto

Every Saturday and Sunday until December 20 Santa will be welcoming visitors to his Grotto between 11am and 6pm.

Santa's head Elf will greet you and take you through Santa's wonderland until you arrive at Santa's Grotto.

All children will receive a goody bag with Coral Island tickets and gifts, tokens for Camel Derby and Coral Island rides, as well a special gift from Santas Workshop.

Coral Island guarantee a socially distanced and safe experience.

Tickets are £7.50 for over 3s and £5 for younger children.
